摘要:某厂房为框架结构,下部结构为高填方强夯地基,高抛填地质较松散,局部有架空现象,在未完成自重固结情况下,遭受暴雨冲刷,引起严重变形。通过分析和方案设计,采用压力注浆进行处理,使浆液与回填土体形成树根桩及三维结构的网状体系,提高地基的承载力及抗变形能力。经监测,处理后的房屋变形稳定。

Abstract: Through the analysis and program design, using pressure grouting treatment, so that the slurry and backfill formed to root pile and the three-dimensional structure of the network system, improving foundation bearing capacity and deformation resistance.
